Hey, my name is Pheng and I've been trying to adapt myself into the Atkins diet/habit and I believe I am getting there. Baby steps kind of work for me. What had happened was that I kept pushing the time when i was going to start Atkins when i see some tempting meal or overeat before the day I'm supposed to start Atkins. I was starting today and went through the day exactly as it should...I even went to the market to buy groceries and ended up buying meat, cheese, and water. I felt really sad eyeing those donuts that I've never tasted in a while...and the horchata...but I resisted. But here is where I failed, my roommate cooked chicken curry that had carrots and potatoes. *sighs* I feel bad because I could've went one whole day strict to Atkins and with Atkins minded thinking. But, tomorrow's another day, and I'm going to hope for the best and utilize my willpower!
