    Hey, my name is Pheng and I've been trying to adapt myself into the Atkins diet/habit and I believe I am getting there. Baby steps kind of work for me. What had happened was that I kept pushing the time when i was going to start Atkins when i see some tempting meal or overeat before the day I'm supposed to start Atkins. I was starting today and went through the day exactly as it should...I even went to the market to buy groceries and ended up buying meat, cheese, and water. I felt really sad eyeing those donuts that I've never tasted in a while...and the horchata...but I resisted. But here is where I failed, my roommate cooked chicken curry that had carrots and potatoes. *sighs* I feel bad because I could've went one whole day strict to Atkins and with Atkins minded thinking. But, tomorrow's another day, and I'm going to hope for the best and utilize my willpower!

    I had registered on this forum a while back but I didn't want to introduce myself until I was really serious and able to start Atkins.

    Hey Star...yes, today is another day.....make it cheat free for a week and you can have a "cheat free" button by your name! Commit to this way of life and very quickly you will see that you won't even want carbs at all, honestly!
