  • New to the board

    Hi all,

I am new to the board so thought I would introduce myself. I am back at low carb after a 5 year break (yep, bad bad bad! LOL) I was a part of this WOL for about 15 years, then got pregnant with my second set of twins and lost my drive. They are now 5 yrs old, I am now 200 lbs and still 5'4" Wouldnt it be nice if our height changes with our weight!

I sure wish there was something like this place way back when! I look forward to meeting all of you and would like to say just from reading that this seems like a great atmosphere for support! Thanks for having me!

Wow two sets of twins, you sound like a busy lady!! Welcome to the board, glad you found this place, its really cool. grins, i am 5'10 so i am kinda glad my height didn't change with my weight or else i'd prolly be 8 feet tall lol. But i wouldn't mind losing a few inches.

Good luck on your journey to success Macey.
May you all be losers, Sher

Welcome, Macey. This is a great site. I think you'll find it enourmously helpful for staying on track. Folks here are wonderful -- so supportive! And I agree with Grizzly: if you are tempted to cheat, come here instead. I guarantee someone will talk you out of it.

Check out the other forums.... especially the challenges and the STAC forum (for the second-time-arounders). And the Journals. Those are great ways to develop friendships and help yourself by setting mini-goals along the way.

Welcome, and I hope to see you around the board!
