  • New to ATKINS and Hello everyone

    Hello everyone , My name is wadzie and im new to atkins on day 19 induction phase. I aim to loose 110 pounds , i have lost 8pounds in 19days when i started atkins i weighed 218pounds. Currently my weight loss is quite slow, ive been obese foe more than 15years.

    Welcome Wadzie. So happy to have you join us. Don't compare yourself to anyone elses' weight loss. Each of us is unique and our bodies shed different amounts in weight and inches. You'll find a lot of information, friends and support here to help you as you get healthy and lose the weight. It will happen. Just keep on doing the program and make plans to succeed. I look forward to hearing all about your progress!

                Do you exercise - I know my weight moves much quicker when I do! Even just walking will do!

                  hard with shift work such as longdays and nights
