Hi Everyone!!!! I am new to this site and am still absorbing all the great info and motivating personal insights. I have been on induction a week tomorrow and my pants are already getting looser. My weight has fluctuated my entire life and hope to lose 75 pounds and keep it off for good. I look forward to reading all the great info everyone has to offer!!!!

Welcome, Susha! This is a great board filled with supportive, wonderful people. I think you'll like it here.
I encourage you to join a challenge (or two) and maybe start a journal. It's a great way to build your network of Atkins buddies.
Also, you may want to check out fitday.com if you haven't already. It helps you track your fat/carb/protien intake, making sure you keep your percentages of each where they should be.
And congratulations on your losses so far. You are on your way!!

Welcome Susha. Isn't it wonderful when you realize that you're losing inches? Have you taken your measurements? I'd recommend you do so you can see just how much you are shrinking.

Susha, just go out to the "Forums" portion of the main board (the same place where you found the "introduce yourself" forum, and scroll down to look at the options.
For a Journal, go to "Journal Chats" to start a journal that others can comment on (vs. Journal Stats, which is just for tracking your numbers, eating, progress, whatever...).
For challenges, look for both "Exercise Challenges" and just "Challenges" on the list. (I'm hosting an Exercise Video challenge if you're interested -- see link in my signature.)
Threre's also a 14-day Induction Forum you might find interesting. And, lots of interesting stuff is always going on in the Main Atkins Diet Forum. And there's Food and Cooking, which has lots of yummy ideas...
Get active on the boards -- it's a GREAT way to stay motivated. Look forward to seeing you around...!
