Hi all, I am new here, I fell upon this site when I decided to try atkins! I've been reading alot of your success stories, and seen the pictures of real proof what atkins can DO! It's such an inspiration to me! You should all be incredibly proud of yourselves!!!


Today I am in day 3 of Induction.

Hey catgurl! Welcome aboard! There's so much useful information around here to help you stay on track! Lots of kind people too. My words of wisdom for you are, read the book! If you don't have it already, it would be a great investment for anyone new to this Way of Eating!

Hey Catgurl, Congrats on starting Atkins! It works, but you have to really work it...you will drop the weight, you will feel great in ketosis, you will learn to manage all the water and you will love to exercise, as you go along! It all begins to click and you are living a new lifestyle...Welcome, welcome, welcome...it works!
