    Welcome MagicB.

To get one of those scales in your siggy, you first have to go to that website listed on this people's siggy by the scale, create a ticker and then copy and past the url link from their site onto your siggy here on this site. Hope that helps...some. Best wishes on your journey!

Hey Magic welcome to ADBB, keep working it girl...keep moving forward, aim for the next meal to be induction, and then aim for the next and next...take control one meal at a time, and soon you will be cheat free, and in ketosis...It's really hard in the beginning, we have formed an addiction, at least some of us would say that...including me.
We have to get a grip, keeping working, keep making it happen and slowly we gain control
        Good luck!

            Hi MagicB

A welcome from me too! A great idea might be to start up a journal, so you can post with how your doing in the day to day things - I've found that its really helped me along with staying true to my induction.

            Hope to see you there!

Hey Magic, welcome to the board. Everyone is right when they say one day at a time, or better yet, one bite at a time. In otherwords, make your very next bite induction legal. It will get easier as each day goes by!

                welcome to ADBB

many folk mass cook several days worth at one time so they have induction foods ready to go. also clear out an area that is just yours with no high carb foods in a cabinet and the frige then you can't be temped. many of use made donations to the local food pantry of our high carb foods in the pantry when we started.

what you doing for your exercise part of your Atkins? lots of open enrollment challenges in the challenge section of the board just pop in post you want to join and poof you are in it. you can click my treckie fellow to get to that challenge.

Welcome. Another bit of advice that has worked for me is to write out what triggers you have, what happens to jeopardize your WOE and make plans now to avoid it happening again. Keeping a journal, joining challenges and staying active in the ADBB will keep you motivated and moving towards your goal. Best wishes and keep us posted on your progress. You can do it. We are all here to help!

                    hi and welcome

to keep me on track I tend to plan what I'm having for my dinner on the way home from work, and then when I get in, I'm soo looking forward to eating it, I just dont feel like cheating!! (if that makes sense!!)

to put a scale on your signature go to www.tickerfactory.com and make one, then just copy and paste it across!

good look - and keep positive - if I can do it, anyone can!
