    Hi everyone,
So glad to have found this place.. and to have been told about the diet..
I like many others have tried a couple of diets that did nothing, the last one i was in the middle of for the past 2 weeks wasnt that good.. infact for the first week i had nothing but water, one packet of 2 minute noodles & for breaky id have a cup with two wheatbix...
Then a run for an hour...

Then when my mother was watching a show on the atkins diet i didnt want to beleive it would work.. i mean come on! Eat as much meat as you want etc? fat? lol

Now after coming here i see it does work, and im so keen to try it.. I start today, i will continue the one hour run, as u can see from my sig how much i want to lose, If i stick to the induction should i lose this much by then??

I have so many reasons to lose weight, i have very low self esteem and i know losing weight will give me a HUGE self esteem boost, and most of all my passion is wrestling. And i am very seroius of getting into shape for it and even trying out for usa federations.

Sorry to write so much, but i have skin hanging down abit on my gut i hate it so much. Does anyone know any ways to tone the body without equipment or going to the gym (cant afford it and family wont buy it)

i have the Abdo machine.. and well.. yeah my body :P Any advice would be great

No advice for the skin problem, but you have defintely found the place for support following the Atkins diet. I don't know if you've purchased the book, but I (and others) really recommend it. Until then, you can find the accpetable foods list for induction under the FAQ tab. Staying on induction until you reach goal is not advised but you'll learn what your body needs as you follow this WOE. Keep exercising as you planned, it's essential.
    Good Luck!
