Hi there,today i will be starting the atkins diet for the first time.I am a mother of 2 beautiful girls a 6yrs old and a 6 month old .I was on the south beach diet and was not losing weight so i want to try this.Now,am i only supposed to be having 3 cups of veggies per day?
and also if my mayonnaise says 0 carbs but it list sugar in the ingredients does this mean there are hidden carbs.I would like to do this the right way so any advice will be greatly appreciated
