Re: 1stday of the rest of my life

Hello Mandi. Nice to have you join.

You have chosen to ride the Atkins Express Train to Healthville and Weightloss Land... So, grab a comfortable seat and buckle up for the ride.

Honestly, any kind of support you could possibly need, you'll find here. So, check in often. People very nearly pounce upon your questions, just bursting to answer. You think I'm joking? Try posting a question, see what happens!

I suggest you get yourself a journal. Then you can write all about your ups and downs, rights and wrongs.

Also, check out the Century Club. It's a place for people who have 100+ pounds to lose, and there are very helpful topics along with some of the craziest/most fun people on the board lurking in there.

Welcome to the boards! I'll see you around.

You have come to the right place. People care about you here and understand because they have all been in the same set of tracks. I wished I had known about this site years ago. Ol' griz would be a lot leaner today. Stay on track and it will get easier. Read the different areas of this site and learn from them. It is very informative.
