  • Ahoy!!!!!!!!!!

Um hiya, I am Laura a newbie! I have been lurking around for a couple days. This is my 4th day of induction and i have already made a biggggggg boo boo....i ate a bowl of chips!!!! i was doing so well....i have 20 pounds to lose until i reach 135 and its terribly hard to avoid the sugar cravings. I am still feeling the induction flu....I am a student and a mommy of a little six year old girl. I am currently trying my best and looking for induction recipies that contain NO CREAM CHEESE....i hate cheese and fish! those are my kryptonite, i hate them. hmmm, well thanks everyone for having me and it is a pleasure! xo -L

Welcome, Laura. Also, check out the food and cooking forums for recipes. Not liking cheese might make this way of eating a little harder for you (for many of us, that's our saving grace!), but if you're committed, I have no doubt you can be successful. Best of luck to you. We look forward to seeing you around the board!
