I have done it in the past and did great, lose 60 LBS. BUT .....then met someone, get married and got comfortable again.
But back on the road again, and plan to lose it all again!!

Welcome to the ha family. Since you have done this WOE before, then you know it works. The thing is to remember it is a WOEFL and not a temporary fix. As you stated you got comfortable and gained it all back.
I know you will do well, but if you do have questions there are plenty of people here to help answer them.
