    this is a lot easier than i thought it was going to be... i have not cheated yet and have worked out 5 of the 6 days. i did atkins before but i wasnt totally commited to it. now i am for sure. and its going better than it did last time. thanks everyone!

    Welcome Mandi.

    I hear what you are saying. Its so much easier if you have "bought into" the whole thing and are fully commited.

        That's great. Of course, exercise is a must, so you should start doing that more regularly, but this is a great start!

        Post your stats (height, weight, age, etc.) in your signature or in a journal so we can all see how you're doing!

            Welcome to the board Princess! WOW! What an opening statement, "this is a lot easier than i thought it was going to be". You're doing well with no cheating and exercising! Keep it up!

              Welcome Mandi! Glad you're finding this WOE easy! It's true, there are soooo many luscious things you can eat... and it gets better and better as you go along and in time, move up the OWL rungs.

              As you've done Atkins before you could check out the Second Time Around forum... a great place for other second timers (and more).

              Keep up the exercise, remember the water, keep your carbs down and you'll soon be a big loser!
