  • Back In The Saddle

After 4.5 years on the dark side, I am back on Atkins.

I had lost 40 lbs. in 2001, then slowly fell off the wagon and gained most of it back. How? By lots of bread and ice cream (two of my three favorite food groups). It's a shame, because I maintained a steady diet of a reasonable breakfast and lunch. It is purely from great, unlimited, high-carb dinners from a great cook (my wife) and soup-spooning Turkey Hill ice cream until satisfied.

    I will be 170 by May 1st 2007.

I appreciate all I have read and I hope to contribute ideas, recipes, and support.

          Re: Back In The Saddle

Thanks to everyone for the warm welcome! I hope I can contribute as much as others. I will probably spend most of my time on recipe forums as I know "Spices Are The Variety of Life" when it comes to Atkin's way of life. Thanks, again!!
