Hi everyone! I am on just starting out on this crazy journey. About three years ago I did my own little version of low-carb and lost a lot of weight(40lbs)... but never really learned how to LIVE a life of healthy eating and excersize. I just yo-yo'd and all that. Anyway, I've seriously been thinking about my life and my health the last month or so, and have come to the decision that I want to learn how to do this the healthy way, not the crash diet way. So, this time I won't do a crazy version for induction for three months, but instead I WILL move to OWL after two weeks, and move up the rungs and so forth. I really do want to lose weight, but I REALLY don't want to gain it all back again because I never took the time to learn how not to.
ANYWAY, I'm excited to be here, to be a part of a supportive community.
