Hi everyone! I am thrilled to have found this board! I started cutting out my carbs last week and am going to begin clean induction tomorrow. I joined ediets to help me with atkins program and diets and now this board...I may cancel my ediets subscription as everything I need is right here!!

I'd love a support buddy who, like me has approx 70 pounds to lose and is a young 40-something!

Welcome to Atkins and ADBB. I too started at ediets but canceled one I got here. I hope you find everything you need. Of not send a message and we will see what we can do

Hi. Welcome to the board. I agree, theres information on health, life and challenges, exercise tips, journals and lots of inspirational people here to help you...to me being active with others who were making it happen was the best thing to keep me motivated!
