Okay So Here Goes!!!

Hello everyone im back but im not alone this time.
I have done atkins before and i gained all of the weight back due to lack of money and a surplus of Roman noodles and rice.LOL . So We have chose the hardest time of the year to start this but it is not only me alone this time it is My wonderful wife and I. We are starting the day after thanksgiving the kitchen is being filtered through tommorow and we are going atkins shopping on wednesday. I Cant wait to get into the AWOL and have a partener on crime. I will post a pic here soon of her and i on our recent trip to Mexico. I am looking forward to all of the support and motivation.
