  • 2nd time around

    im kinda shy, not sure what to say. I lost 45-50 lbs last year on atkins, kept it off but this year i wasnt too faithful and wound up gaining the weight back. So reintroducing myself to the forum in hopes that i can get back on the track. This is a great forum and im looking forward to making new friends.

    46 year old male, 5'6"

    You've come to the right place if your looking for support, encouragement and a kick up the *** when you need it!! LOL

    There are many of us here that are starting again, so don't feel bad, we know where you are coming from. It takes a lot of willpower to break bad cycles, so stick around and you'll find plenty of people to help you along your low carb way.

            Welcome back Todd!
            Glad you returned to the fold, so to speak!
            You've done Atkins before so you know it works. Can you remember whether there was any particular thing that caused you to fall off the wagon last time? Often, if you realise what happened, you can avoid similar pitfalls in the future.

            Why not go and check out the Second Time Around forum... plenty of advice and support to be had there from others who have interrupted their Atkins journey for a while.
