    I started Friday after thanksgiving! I've be large all of my life, and now just turing 40 I realize with the family history that 10 more years it's heart attack time. So I want to break the chain. For my family and myself.

                          I weigh 234.4 pounds at 5'7" and my goal weight is 150. How long do you think it will take me to get where I need to be? How many pounds do you think I can loose by February 14, 2007?

                            I don't know how much exactly you can lose by Feb 14th, but I do know that if you stick with the program, you'll lose. My own experience has been that my body loses in different areas and different amounts from week to week. Take your measurements as well as recording your weight. You'll definitely lose inches and feel and look better by the date you chose.

                            Don't compare yourself with others' weight loss, as your body is unique and your life-style (job, meals, activity) - do it for you and make a plan to succeed. You can make it happen - we are all here to cheer you on and help.

                              Well this is 10 days on induction. I think it's been pretty clean. I don't notice any difference, but I had two different people ask me today if I'm losing weight. I wish I could see what they see! I won't get on the scale until Friday which is day 14. Then I'll do the induction again! And then again until I get the results I need! I started on day two walking 1.6 miles then bumped it to 3.2, now I alternate fbetween 1 to 3 every other day. +water water Water!
