Hi guys, it's time to re-start Atkins before I completely fall back. I've faced some set backs from stress and laziness, but it's time to do something before it gets too bad. 
Today I'm starting again. I'm at 154 pounds and my final goal is 130 lbs. This time, I'm making it FOR REAL. I stalled at 140 pounds sometime last year and I stopped there, so close to goal!! But for the last six months the weight has crept back, slowly but surely. I've been bad, because I've not exercised and eaten more carbs than I should. Never ever touched any candy, cookies, sodas, bread, potatoes or the like though! Still going strong in that area.
It's time I do something! time for exercise and healthy eating!
So, in short... I'm back, in black. Well sort of, I dyed my hair dark brown.
