Yoooo Hooooo - I'mmmm Home!

Well, by the looks of things around here (new names, new format, new moderators) it may be that no one will remember me! LOL! But I'm back - been gone for a bit over a year for no other reason than life stepped in and made me WAY too busy.

I was going to come back under another name, tail tucked between my legs and embarassed that I'd fallen off the wagon for a bit... But then I thought, HEY! I've got nothing to hide from my ADBB friends! And I'm PROUD of myself for grabbing myself by the bootstraps before the weight thing got totally out of hand! Alllllrighty then...

I'm JoanOH, I'm proud of what I've accomplished (loss of 130+ lbs) and yeah, I slipped, but I'm back and I'm willing to do whatever it takes (yes, 2big, even exercise!) to get this 30 lbs back off again.

I can do this. I've done it before, I *know* what I need to do and IrishIrish's "just one bite WILL hurt" philosophy STILL rings in my ears. I'm ready!!!!!!!!!!



And of course, I had to come back here for the support I need!!! We did it together before -- we'll do it again!!!!

AWWWW... it's nice to be remembered And Jim! A moderator! My oh my, you've come a long way. Great weight loss stats too. A big ol pat on the back to both of us for scooting back here when we got ourselves lost out in the big bad world! We did this before, we know how to do it, we'll do it again!
