  • Off the wagon and back in the saddle

Fell hard hard off the Atkins wagon, had lost 50 pounds 2 years ago now put it all back on plus another 20. I am a real mess. Need to drop 70 pounds. Back on induction today trying to remember what I did right 2 years ago. Hope to share with you all our successes LOL

Hi Billy! So glad you have come back! Since you've already ate Atkins style in the past, you wil be able to get right back in the swing of it. Are you currently on induction?

yes back to the very strict induction I used 2 years ago along with using Fitday to keep track of things. Oh I almost forgot exercise, exercise exercise and exercise.

Good billy. fitday is a terrific tool. You might want to create a Journal Stat page for yourself. You can post your fitday entries or whatever you like. No one else can respond to the pag, it's all yours. Go read what some of the others do in their stat page.

This is probably the millionth time around for me, but 2 years ago, I did lose a lot of poundage and I was down to 148, then it all shot way back up again. =( But, now, this is my Third Day and I am feeling absolutely great.
