              Re: New Here

Hi Kathy - I've been following this WOE (way of eating) since end of July. I started following all the advice on this board and doing what they told me, and wa la... my life has totally changed for the better. I POP out of bed in the morning, I eat WONDERFUL foods, and I have great blood tests results. All thanks to this board. So, I'd recommend poking around in the various forums. Reading all the FAQ's (a link on the the top menu) and digging in. On top of all of that wonderful stuff, there are so many people here that can help you by answering questions, motivating you, or lending an ear. Enjoy!!! It's a great WOL (way of life)!

              Welcome!
