Hi ladies and gents, well I'm new here and I've been on Atkins for 1 week. It's been very hard since I'm such a carboholic
. I just wanted to know if the headaches, low energy, sleepyness and just feeling BLAH are normal. A friend of mine told me that the more addicted you are to carbs the worst the person is going to feel during the induction period. Will this lethargic feeling ever go away? And should I try to work-out when I really have no energy? Any replies would be very helpful. One thing I must say, seeing all of your before/after pics have really kept me motivated for week no. 2. . I will keep posting my progress using the new Atkins book. My question now is.......as far as water is concerned, I really am not fond of it, can I add some crystal lite to it? Thanks guys and lots of luck to us all, thanks for the inspirational pictures as well.
