I did atkins very strict starting when I was 19, for about a year. I worked out 7 days a week at least 3 hours a day, and was steady at around 215 and felt great. Then a girlfriend that can cook & a "desk" job that I didn't have time to work out, and 3 years later: Alot of weight put on.
I have since quit my desk job, took a big paycut, but would rather be happy like I use to be
