Hey everyone, im trying to get back on this way of life, i lost weight on it before, went from 230 to 190. Ive been stuck here for a few monthes, every time i try to get on induction i fail. The only thing in my life that has changed is that i have a daughter now, and i seem to busy to stick to low carb eating, i try then maybe when im at work and didnt have time or forgot lunch i'll cheat and just get a muffin. but doing this has stableized my weight. So i thought id log in here for support and ideas from other poeple and maybe try some recipees to pre cook so that i can have no excuse to cheat .. anyways wish me luch and i hope to chat more with you all soon
