Been super busy, holidays, new job, and I'm doing a 12 week body for life challenge. In week 6 and down 40 pounds, lots of weight lifting and cardio. 6 meals a day. Oh, duh, I'm doing it in a low carb style instead of the regular way. anyway, I've just been super busy, anyone I know on here, feel free to send me an email.
