  • I'm back and ready to go!

    Hello all,

    Happy New Year!

I was here in 2005 and was half-way to goal when I broke my foot and had surgery. After a three month lay up, I couldn't get back on Atkins for more than a day or so.
What have I done for the last year? Gained back the weight plus more. Lost even more muscle tone. Stopped visiting the board because I felt guilty.
I'm back, and ready to do it again!

No matter what has happened in our past, our futures are spotless!!!
    Stats:
    Age: 41
    Sex: F
    Height: 5'2"
    Highest weight ever: 170+
    Goal: 114
