    Hi All, another starting again

    Well, here I am, back. I was doing great and then I allowed stress to take my focus off of my goal. I gained back 16 pounds that I had lost and feel yucky. I knew when I was on this board, I received great support and was able to stay focused so I am back.

    Happy New year everyone!!!

          Check out the Second Time Around Club forum (STAC). There are lots of motivated individuals who check in with each other daily in that forum. Every one of them are on their 2nd, or 3rd or 4th time around.

                              thank you all for the greetings and support. I am here to stay this time. I am so sick of wishing I was smaller but doing nothing about it. I turn 44 this month and have promised myself that at 45, I will be a size 10. Ready, set, lose!!!!
