Well, I am starting Atkins today, and I'm so excited about my journey to my goal weight! I did this diet before, and I lost 45 pounds in 3 months! My big problem is that I starting eating a LOT of junk food and binge eating, and (as I would have with ANY diet), I gained my weight back. I am currently 235, and my goal weight is 150. So... 85 pounds till I reach my goal, but I am motivated, and I know I'll get there!







may be habit forming!
...Was in HEAVEN -got to 150, for awhile, then got too busy, and gave in too much... and... OK holding pattern "keep it together..."
