Hello everyone out there,
Well I am a 20 year old college student. I was on Atkins back in 2005 and lost 60 pounds, down from 290 pounds to 230 pounds. I was looking good and feeling terrific. Then I went to college and was living it up, eating anything I wanted and now I am close to 350 pounds, but I am tall. I keep seeing people from high school and they give me that funny lock and say "o, you gained some weight" I keep telling myself that I would start tomorrow and lose all the weight. Now I know its going to be five times as hard and I know what I have to do and I am ready. Even during the first time around, I always looked at the boards for support, but now I need some help and to know that there are people like me out there. I have made a promise to stick strictly to induction for one whole month and check these boards. Diabetes and heat disease runs in my family and I am too young to have such poor health. So, I am starting right now.... WOOOOOO, i just had to let that out.
