Thsoe pictures in my sig are my old before and after photos from my last round of Atkins, which lasted just under a year. I lost over 60 pounds, and kept it off for about a year. Unfortunately, I forgot everything I learned the first time and now, two years after reaching goal weight, I'm bacdk up to 173 pounds as of this morning. So! No more carbs for my big fat butt! I stayed below 20 carbs today despite going out for pizza with my daughter (it helps that it was CiCi's so I could eat salad and some pizza toppings!) and am keeping my old before and after photos as inspiration to remind me what I know I can accomplish because I've accomplished it once before! ADDB was a HUGE help to me last time I was doing Atkins, so I know it will be again this time around!

Re: Back for another (successful) round!
Welcome back frelled! You say you've forgotten all that you learned last time. Do you have the book to read? You've done it before, you can and will do it again. I'm glad you found this board for support!
