After seeing how dedicated my friend Sher801 has been I have decided to give this a try.
Though I am not new to healthy eating (having a PHD in YOYO Diets) my mission actually started 9 months ago when I weighed my haviest (225lbs); coming from a long line of weight challenged/but extremely active women I found that after loosing 40lbs. I was stuck and maybe not because I was not doing my part to watch what I was eating but I believe I had to make a change in my diet to something different.
I gained my weight after having my 3rd child almost 4 years ago and though everyone told me your metabolism changes after you hit your 30's and have your 3rd child I decided not to listen and eat as much as I wanted as I had in the past, after all, I had 2 kids and I had dropped all the pregnancy weight after 5 months of delivery... needless to say I had the baby and I kept all the weight...and I mean ALL the weight and then some.
I have really enjoyed your forums and I am amazed and humbled by the support you give to each other
