Hi, I am new to this sight. I am almost through with the book and trying to understand carbs, protiens etc. I stumbled on this sight and you all seemed so supportive to one another I thought I could use the help.

My first day was great! I got up and cooked breakfast for me and my bf, had some lunch and just finished dinner. Had a lot of water too!!! It's super easy. You just have to tell yourself you're doing it and don't look back. I had a battle with some m'n'm cookies... but THEY lost, not me!

I think I did really good. It is alot easier at work. I bring my breakfast,lunch and snacks when I get hungry I reach for them instead of junk. Still have to work on the water part.Thanks for checking in on me.Roseann
