    Metallic Taste

    I am in full blown Ketosis, which I'm very happy about. I have the nasty metallic taste in my mouth and a horrible headache. The water and tylenol help though. I do have a question. Will the nasty taste in my mouth subside, or is it always a side-effect of Atkins? I did Atkins before, but never really noticed the taste.

    Currently 127lbs 7 Months ago 110lbs

    Don't worry unduly about it, the taste eventually will disapear.

    It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!




    I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

      I believe that the more water you drink, the less you get that Atkins breath... and water is a major part of this WOE!
