  • Hello All, kinda New Here....

    Morning, I was here maybe laty year, but didn't go thru with lowcarbing, so now I want to give it another try....today is my 3rd day OP and doing good...
    My starting weight was 163 I am down to 160 wow hehehe keep your fingers cross that I make my 14 days induction...
    And hope I can make new friends too!

    HOwdy Letty. You have definitly come to the right place for support. Sounds like your doing well alreadyd, so keep it up. Maybe check out the excercise challenges, they are lots of fun. Anway Welcome and good luck.

      Great Job!! Welcome back!! You can do it, 14 days really isn't that long, and ohmygod, you've already lost 3 pounds so isn't that motivation enough to stick with it just to see what'll happen by the end of the two weeks?? What are you planning on doing for exercise??

          THANKS... YEP SURE MOTIVATES ME... I HAVE 2 JOBS SO I DONT HAVE THAT MUCH TIME TO EXCERCISE.. BUT ON MY LUNCH HOUR I AM GOING TO WALK 1/2 HOUR EVERYDAY AND THEN AT HOME WHEN I DONT WORK I WILL USE MY TREADMILL AND A BIT OF WEIGHTS THE 5 # ONES... WHAT ELSE WOULD U RECOMMEND ??

              Hi Letty! Sounds like a great plan! I know what you mean about not having free time, I use my lunch hour too. As long as it's anything that gets you moving and grooving and your heart rate up, then it's good. I would suggest getting heavier weights though if you're going to be doing those as well (which I totally highly, cannot recommend enough) because the building muscle part makes you look leaner, burns more calories, and takes up less space. Though, it may result in you being friends more with the tape measure than with the scale.
