  • on the right track

Hi , I have been on inductin for about 10 days. I'm finding it very easy to stick to so far. I have lost 6 lbs and feel smaller in inches on my upper arms and around my waist. What can I tell you about myself? I am a mom of 3 kids , wife, I work, and find I have no time much like everyone else...lol...Have tried atkins before and was succesful but didn't stick to it long term. I think i was too impatient the first time around. This time I figure I didn't get fat overnight so i can't expect loss overnight.

    Hiya Luvhandles and welcome!
Glad you're finding things easy so far. And it'll only get easier as you go along!! Congrats on your loss so far.

As this is your second time on Atkins, why not check out the Second Time Around Club (STAC). Plenty of support and inspiration to be had there from others who have come, gone and then come back to Atkins again.

    Happy losing!

Welcome! You have a great attitude which is very important in succeeding. This isn't a race, you don't have to lose it fast, just be persistant and learn to make this WOE a habit that will keep the weight off once you make it to goal. One thing thats helped me is to keep a journal and make plans to succeed. You can do it, you aren't alone. We are all here for you!

Welcome! Sounds like you are in the right frame of mind to be successful! Myself, I've failed over and over and I am treating this as a new beginning and forgetting the past. It has really helped my dedication.
