  • Induction for 5 days now...

Hi, I have been on Induction for the past 5 days. The first 2-3 days were hard with headaches and withdrawals from sugar and breads. But, i got thru it and find that it is getting easier. I have not weighed yet, gonna wait till wednesday which will be an official week. I can tell i have lost somealready just by my clothes. Well, cya later.

Hey, Big Coach! Welcome! I love it here and hope you find it as helpful as I have. I have been on for 2.5 months and lost 13 pounds...miniscule to what you'll do since you are a male and still a youngster!!!! I am a grandma and my metabolism is a bit pokey. But this WOE and the exercise I am doing has really given me a boost! Visit often and if there is anything I can support you with, let me know. But, a caution, there a lot more people way more experienced and savvy than me here...so we'll both learn!!!! Take care and "do it to it"!!!!!
