Hi everyone! i am new to the boards and new to the diet! Well actually i am not starting until next saturday as we are going away for 5 days on monday, so starting as soon as i get back!
I am currently 219 lbs and my goal is 155! so a total loss of 64lbs! I would love to have it lost by the summer, but do you think this is a realistic time? Or am i being too optimistic?

!! You've definitely come to the right place for information and support. Your goal is not unattainable if you work hard at it, but as Rich said, don't be disappointed if you don't make it as everyone is different and loses differently. I think I made my goal in like 6 months.
