    Hi I am Jae and I have been doing atkins for 8 days! cannot believe what I can eat..............Linda's recipes are great! Was feeling soooo snacky on Sunday, went to her site and found "Nachos" I thought "how can that be?" I am telling you the jalepenos with some cheese was just what did the trick! I call myself keystone Jae because I like to snow ski and Keystone is one of my favorites places to go in Colorado.

    Would love to lose weight before my ski trip in March. So far so good.

      You WILL lose weight before the trip in March. You can loose more during and after the trip, too. Are you doing any special excercises to prepare for skiing along with losing weight?

        Hello there Jae. Welcome!

        Isn't this WOE great? Glad to see you're enjoying the food choices. Can't say I know what "Nachos" are but I agree that Linda's site is fabulous. The recipes with the asterisk are the induction legal ones.

        Hope you lose the amount of weight you want before your skiing trip. That should be so much fun!

          Thanks for the greetings. I have always been an exerciser, just could never put down the fork!! haha. I go to the gym 3-4 times a week and walk a dog 3 miles every day!

          I have been going skiing for 26 years! I really don't do anything special to get ready, just keep on being active!

              Hi Jae! Sounds like you have a great attitude - which is a big plus in making this a positive life-style change. You'll definitely notice a big difference by the time you go on your ski trip in March. Take your measurements so you can see just how much your body is shrinking. Welcome!
