    Introducing Myself

Hello Everyone. My name is Dora and I'm going to be turning the big 30 in April LOL

I was doing a search online on what to eat while doing the Atkins and found this amazing board, so I've decided to join.

I have a 7 Year old Son and a 2 Year Old daughter. And I still am carrying around the post-pregnancy weight LOL My husband eats when he wants whatever he want and is always thin (lucky him)

I've dieted on and off. This is my first time trying Atkins. I have the book and am ready to go. My friend lost alot of weight and still maintains it off by staying away from carbs.

So My Journey begins. Wish me Luck

Hello Dora. Welcome to the board!
Silly and Adena are right... reading the book is a very good step in the right direction. Understanding the whys and wherefores of this diet is fundamental.
I'm sure that if you follow the plan as Dr A intended it to be followed you'll soon find that those pounds melt away!

Do keep updating us on your progress... we're here for you!
