Hello...my name is Kylie and I am excited to be here. I am 4 days into induction and have lost 2 lbs so far. I am soo thankful for this website. I need support if I am really going to do this. I am looking forward to meeting everyone. As I said I am on day 4 and doing pretty well. Yesterday was awful!! I had nausea and the thought of putting one more fatty food into my mouth made me sick. I had a headache that lasted about 48 hours. I felt like I couldnt eat. But today I am doing considerably better. I feel like my energy is going back up. Anyway...thanks to all of you. You helped me through that little private **** with all of your successes and you didnt even know it. Anyway...thanks for having me.

Re: Hello to all...
Hi there Kylie! Welcome to ADBB.
Sounds like you had a bout of 'induction flu' which is quite normal. It's your body weaning itself off carbs. Glad you feel better today. Induction flu rarely lasts more than a few days. Take comfort in the fact that it means this way of eating is working for you.
Good to hear you've lost two lbs so far! I'd suggest you take your measurements too as it can happen that we lose inches before the pounds catch up. It's something I didn't do at the beginning and later regretted it alot.
Good luck with your Atkins journey to a slimmer figure and better health! It's nice to have you aboard.
