    HEY EVERYBODY MY NAME IS MEL I TRIED INTRODUCTION I WAS ON A GREAT START GOING ON 6 DAYS I LOSSED ABOUT 8 POUNDS BUT THE ONLY BAD PART IS I CHEATED ON ON THE WEEKEND BUT IM GOINGBACK ON INTRODUCTION ON MONDAY AND MY QUESTION IS AFTER 3 DAYS WILL MY BODY GO BACK TO KETONE PHASE AND HOW MANY MINUTES AN DAYS SHOULD I WORKOUT? AND GIVE ME SOME TIPS ON HOW TO STAY AWAY FROM CRAVINGS

    Welcome again Mel.
    When you eat very low carb your body goes into ketosis... and that causes appetite suppression, which is a great boon in this phase as cravings should diminish. If the cravings do hit bad though, eat a high fat snack. It helps if you always carry something with you, for emergencies, so you don't get caught without a safety net.

    As for exercise...good for you, for meaning to start. The important thing is that you do more than you're doing right now. Start slow and increase as you get comfortable with what you're doing.

    Hang in there... you can do it!
