    Hey My Name Is Mel I've Tried Introductiom I Did For 6 Days Then Stop Because Of Lack Of Funds But I Manage To Lose 8 Pounds Im On The Right Track With A New Mind An This Monday Is The Start Of The New Mel The Will Power Is Their I Just Need Some Tips On When I Catch Sugar Cravings And Excersizing Tips Thank You And Wish Me Luck!!!!!

      Oh yes TRY... I'll wish you the very best of luck! But, if you eat right, exercise and drink masses of water you won't need that luck. Your lbs will melt away naturally, for sure.

      Check out the exercise challenges here on ADBB... they're fun and very motivating.

      You might like to join Jimmie's "No Scale Challenge" too starting on the 21st. Two weeks not weighing... and then seeing how you've gotten along. The link is:

        Hey Trynnabe205. Welcome to the board. Your cravings will stop by themselves when you stick to the induction for the set period of 14 days. When you do have cravings, drink some water, eat a protein/fat snack, go for a walk if you have to. All cravings pass shortly! The protein/fat is what will keep you feeling full!
