About 4 years ago, I lost 50 pounds doing Atkins in 6 months. Then, over the course of the next 4 years, I gradually put 35 back on. Well, January 2007 when pretty much none of my work clothes fit anymore, I decided it was time to lose it again. After 4 or 5 previous tries, I'm hoping make it stick this time. I'm 2 weeks in and have lost 14 pounds. I'm 32 years old, 5'10". My highest weight was 250. Then down to 200. Then back up to 235. Now at 219. My longterm goal is 175. Only 44 more to.
