Good morning guys & gals! My name is Ally, I'm 19 years old, and have been on Atkins for 7 days now. I have lost about 6 lbs so far, and hope to lose 14 more by Valentines day! (Gotta look good in that lingere, right ladies?
) Nobody would imagine how high up my numbers on the scale are, in fact, most people guess my weight about 160, but when I weighed in I saw a frightening 195 and was terrified to get to the 200 mark. So here I am, 7 days later, weighing in at 189.
I carry all my weight in this little bit of pudge on my abdomen I lovingly call my "donut". But it really has to go!
I'm about 5'7, and medium framed, so I'd like to get down to around 170, then I would be satisfied. I would push myself for more, but I think my best weight was when I was about 170 a few years ago, i was very fit for my frame, because I have a good amount of muscle, and also carry around some large hoo-hoo's. (Ladies, little tip I heard from my MD...an average c-cup adds about 10 lbs to your frame, and an average D-cup, anywhere from 15-20lbs. It made me feel a little bit better! Maybe itll help you, also! )
Anyways, here are some pix of me from before pre "donut", which is going to be my goal to reach again!
