Ok I havent been on low carb ( less than 20 carbs per day) for 4 weeks now. I started at 197 and went down to 186. I have been 186 for the past 3 weeks now. I work out at least 5 times a week. I change up my phsycial activity everyday. I do the cross trainer, elliptical, stair master, sculpting classes, kick boxing, and spinning. I also check to see if I am in ketosis two times a day. I drink at least 8 - 10 glasses of water a day and take multivitimins. Im getting so discouraged now. My goal is to between 120 - 125. Any advice.

Re: Scale wont BUDGEEEEE
11 lbs is still great! Sounds like you're doin alot of physical exercise, did you measure yourself when you began? Have ya noticed your clothes fitting loser?
Seems sometimes, the scale isn't moving, but our bodies are definately changing for the better. Muscle weighs more than fat, maybe you're building up the muscle and the weight will fall off soon!
Keep following this wol and you're sure to see results!

Re: Scale wont BUDGEEEEE
What Erin said is exactly right. 11 pounds is a great loss for your first two weeks, and many of us experiences a "pause" after induction that lasts a couple of weeks before the scale starts moving again.
Also, if you're doing intense exercise 5 times a day, you may be overworking, and causing your body to hold onto pounds because it thinks you're trying to kill it! It's the exercise equivalent of a starvation diet, where your body will do whatever it can to hold onto pounds.
I'd suggest that you stick with the diet, lots of water, and scale back the exercise a bit to see if that helps. Also, measure or get a favorite pair of (small) jeans to try on periodically, so you can tell you're making progress, even if the scale doesn't move.We are what we repeatedly do.
