    Hi!! I´m new!!

    Hello!! My name is Janeth, I´m 30 years old. I started Atkins one year ago! I lost 15lb. My weight was 173 then 157.

    I´m on 156 on weight so, I´d like to keep lose weight to about 142, so now I´m going to start up again.

    I´m so happy to be here.

    Welcome Janeth! Am so glad you decided to carry on with your weight loss journey on Atkins. You're well on your way, so you know this way of eating works well. Congrats on your losses so far!
