Not "new" but coming back after baby!
Just wanted to stop in and say hello to everyone I am back after like 2 years...lol had the baby and now she is weaned so looks like I need to change my pics and get back on track just wanted to stop in and see how things were!

It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!
I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

Well just about I was pregnant for those 9-10 months then nursing for 14 so yup about that it is amazing and you are looking great!
