this is awesome. I have gone out to eat and still able to stick to it even at fast food. We went to apple bees the other night I had a burbon steak no mushrooms or onions gave my sides to my husband(mash potatoes and bread) and ordered a side salad with no croutons and ranch dressing which i mixed tabassco sause with it was so yummy!!! to top it off I feel great and I really think my pants are fitting better! heres to day 6! I think i am in ketosos because i have this weird taste in my mouth that doesn't go away!!
ok day seven is the superbowl and my team DA BEARS are playing so I blew it NOT with carbs but with hot wings!!! I just made a lot I baked them instead of fried I used real butter with the hot sauce but i ate many!!! I also am having vodka with diet green tea. So I am sticking to what I can have but and this is a big but I know I ate too many wings but they are soo good!! I still feel good about not touching the chips and carb filled food. Just wanted to confess And Go BEARS
