Hi everyone! I'm not new to Atkins but I just started back and lost 7 pounds in a week! Unfortunately, I fell off the wagon for the next 3 weeks.
But, I am getting back on!! Here is my question. In order for my ketosis stick to stay in the purple range, i can only eat chicken, fish, steak, eggs, butter and the induction veggies and only 20 carbs per day. I gain weight and my ketosis stick turns white If i even look at a bite of cheese, cream, or an atkins ,induction approved ,bar. I suspect i have Candida. Does this happen to anyone else? The food mentioned above is extremely boring after a couple of weeks. Please help. I have 110 pounds to lose but I cant imagine eating this way forever.
